Always wanted to learn how to get the most of your machine? Got a new machine or one sat idle in the cupboard that you don't know how to use or get the most of? We can help develop your new skills for your hobby.
Our Basic beginners workshops are designed with you in mind.... we will take you through the stages from getting the machine from the box for the first or second time, to threading, making cushions, bunting and bags. These basic products help you build not only your skills but your confidence with the sewing machine too.
For those with a new overlocker, there is something for you too. Overlockers unlocked will help you learn to thread your machine, sew and adjust the tension for different fabrics. There are more advanced courses due out later in the year once to get used to the machine. Make jersey tops, skirts and dresses or basic pull on trousers all on the overlocker.
Those tricky skills such as zips, buttonholes and putting in sleeves are just some of the skills that you can learn in 2019.
For those wanting to learn how to amend patterns and styles, there is something for you too.
